Sunset @ Straddie View is ideally suited for multiple families or friends looking for a relaxed Island getaway.
It sleeps up to 11 people (12 at a push) in 5 rooms with 8 super comfy beds including a King Size Master Suite, 2 Queens, 3 Singles and 2 King Singles (see further bedding details below).
The house has all you will need for a great relaxing Island holiday including:
A huge outdoor entertaining living area with a 12 seater table and big BBQ, hammocks, air conditioning throughout, two large TVs (55" and 46") each with Platinum Foxtel, 2 DVD players, a selection of DVD's, books and board games, unlimited FREE WiFi, feather pillows and 100% organic cotton sheets, fans in all rooms, insect screens throughout the property, a fully equipped kitchen to cater for cooking for up to 12 guests, an automated 'Nespresso Lattissima' espresso machine, a hair dryer, a large remote control operated garage, plenty of room to use the provided backyard cricket set, and plenty of space to park multiple vehicles, even an area to wash your boat.
ALL LINEN AND BATH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED AND INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL COST!
This is unusual for a holiday rental; often if linen is available it is at an additional charge of $20/pp; therefore our included linen is a saving of $200 for a group of 10 guests. By providing linen we also save you the burden of making up your beds upon arrival and save you from bringing your linen with you. Sheets and towels are heavy and take up alot of luggage space; the sheets and towels needed for the house fill 3 large suitcases in fact which is alot to fit in your car in addition to all your other belongings. You may choose to BYO warm bedding or hire blankets or quilts at additional hire fee.

All beds are made up ready for you upon arrival with 100% organic cotton sheets and feather pillows with clean mattress protectors and pillow protectors.

The Master Suite has a comfortable King size pillow top mattress, en-suite, TV, air conditioning, study nook, celling fan, built in wardrobe & stunning Moreton Bay water views.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 each have a Queen size pillow top mattress, air conditioning, celling fan, built in wardrobe & stunning Moreton Bay water views.

Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds, celling fan, built in wardrobe and a tranquil bush outlook.

The rumpus room/5th bedroom has 2 King Singles and 1 single bed, air conditioning, a pedestal fan, no wardrobe, large TV, DVD player and a tranquil bush outlook.
KITCHEN
Fully appointed modern kitchen complete with Miele dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, fully automated 'Nespresso Lattissima' espresso machine; and all you will need in the way of pots and pans, cutlery, crockery, and utensils to cater for up to 12 people, it’s like your home kitchen not your usual sparse holiday rental kitchen.
OUTDOOR LIVING AREA
Huge covered outdoor living area complete with a 12 seater wooden table, large wicker lounge and large 6 burner BBQ with wok.
BABY NEEDS
A cot, change table and high chair are all available, let us know so we can set them up for you.
LAUNDRY
A huge top loading washing machine, clothes dryer, clothesline, clothes horse, iron and ironing board. Some clothes hangers are also provided in each wardrobe.
BASIC ESSENTIALS INCLUDED
Some basic essentials are provided upon arrival like washing up liquid, tea towels, dishwasher balls (1/day of stay), rubbish bin liner bags + salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil & vinegar plus 2 rolls of toilet paper to get you started!
WHAT TO BRING:
Food and drinks, beach towels, swimmers, sunscreen, a hat & sunnies, more toilet paper, insect repellent, comfy clothes and a good book! Everything else you will need is provided!
