As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

HOUSE BOOKNG & USAGE Terms & Conditions

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

DEPOSIT: Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

FINAL BALANCE: of the rental amount must be received in full 14 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.

CANCELLATION: if caused by the client, money paid is refundable in accordance to the booking cancellation conditions.

NUMBER OF GUESTS: is not to exceed the number stated in the booking details or subsequently agreed in writing. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed to in advance. A strict maximum of applies in order to ensure a comfortable stay for all.

NO FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS OR PARTIES: Any functions, wedding or party WILL BE SHUT DOWN and FULL BOND WILL BE LOST. Plus there is the possibility of Police involvement. This is not a place to host a party, function or have a wedding, so please do not book this property if that is your intention or you will be disappointed. We highly recommend the NSI Golf Club and the Little Ship Club both with stunning views and within 5 mins drive that are amazing wedding and party venues that are super affordable and set up to host events. You can then stay at our place just party elsewhere.

NO LOUD NOISE OR NEIGHBOURHOOD DISTURBING BEHAVIOUR: We ask that whilst you are enjoying your stay and having fun with loved ones that you are also mindful that you are in a residential area. Please moderate your noise level (voices and music) to a reasonable level at all times and limit noise to no louder than conversational voice levels from 10pm onwards. Excessive neighbourhood disturbing noise is not accepted and may result in termination of rental, loss of bond and potential Police involvement. Please just be respectful to others and all will be fine and enjoyable for everyone.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT:

Check In time = 2pm. Please confirm your anticipated arrival at least 48 hours prior so we can arrange to meet and greet you and hand over the keys, or make alternative check I arrangements if we are not available.

Check Out time = 10am. The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. There will be a ‘Check Out Check List’ on the kitchen bench, please follow all steps. You can leave the keys and pull the door upon departure.

CONDITIONS: To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

CLEANING FEE: covers the cleaning of bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, windows, dusting, linen washing and making of beds plus kitchen wipe down and general outdoor and yard cleaning. IT DOES NOT cover the washing of dirty dishes or cleaning of the BBQ, or picking up rubbish left throughout the house or in the garden (eg bottle tops, broken glass or cigarette buts through the grass), excessive dirt or stains on the carpets and/or soft furnishings requiring professional cleaning, or moving future and other house hold items back to their correct places; these matters attract excess cleaning charges deductible from the bond.

SECURITY BOND: Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during your stay and will be deducted from the security bond. We encourage you to inspect the property upon arrival and report any damage to avoid possible implications upon check out.

The bond will be refunded as soon as possible upon check out (within 14 days maximum) in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, hosting of unapproved functions and pets found to be staying etc.

BATH TOWELS: are included with the booking (which is unusual for a holiday rental property). We ask that you respect this benefit by treating the towels with due care. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

PETS: are not allowed due to impact on wildlife, lack of fencing, noise and allergy reasons for other future guests etc. unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with us. A breech of this will result in a loss of the Bond.

LOSS: the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
